Junior Graphic Designer

Tel Aviv, Israel · Full-time

About The Position

Tenengroup is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the design and production of marketing and e-commerce materials across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with our creative team to bring campaigns to life across digital and print platforms.

This is a full-time position from our offices in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

Support the design of website materials
Prepare and adapt designs for various digital platforms: newsletters, social media, Google and Facebook ads, etc.
Create and design performance-driven ads to increase sales across channels
Retouch, crop, and resize images for campaigns and product launches
Create POS and printed material: packaging, postcards, posters, stickers, invitations, etc.
Organize and maintain visual assets
Collaborate with the creative team to prepare materials for photo shoots
Stay aligned with brand guidelines across multiple brands

Requirements

1–2 years experience as a graphic designer
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Retouching skills: color correction, product and skin retouching
Good understanding of print production processes and ability to prepare files for print
Eye for detail and strong understanding of layout, composition, and typography
Excellent English skills – both written and oral
Good eye for style and fashion
Understanding of customer behavior
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

Advantages

Experience working in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
Basic knowledge of video editing, 3D, or animation
Interest in styling or content creation for shoots
Experience in production environments
