Email Marketing Specialist

Tenengroup is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Retention Team. As a part of this position, you will create personalized, engaging, and relevant promotional content for the right audience and optimize your work based on data analysis. Through email marketing and SMS notifications, you will ensure a long-term commitment to our brand, selling meaningful, personalized jewelry.
This is a full-time position in our Tel Aviv Office.
Responsibilities
· Creation of marketing concepts for our promotional channels (Email & SMS) with a strong and personalized copy and an appealing visual idea
· Strive for the most personalized, data-driven marketing and adjust the targeting strategy accordingly.
· Work together within the team to gain insights and create concepts per market, choosing the best messaging and product recommendation per audience.
· In-depth measurement of results, developing A/B tests, optimizing the campaigns and synthesizing data from insights into action items
· Project management of email marketing through Monday/JIRA/ in person, brainstorming meetings, and communication with all relevant departments.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years experience in online marketing, with preference for email- or retention marketing.
· Creative and fresh mind for concepts, copy, and visual. Out of the box thinker!
· Analytical, able to understand complex data
· Ability to work with segmentation, or different customer audiences.
· Strong communicative skills, Hands-on and assertive attitude
· Detail oriented, highly organized
· Team player
· Experience with ESP’s – (Klaviyo in particular – Strong Advantage)
· Native English Speaker / English Copy skills– Strong Advantage
· HTML Knowledge – Strong Advantage
