About The Position

As a Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of our brand’s image and identity. Your role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance our brand’s presence, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving brand growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies to build and maintain a strong brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team focusing on social media, influencer, PR, and branding development.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to meet business goals, conduct market research to understand consumer needs and competition, define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand image, tone, and messaging, ensure consistency and monitor brand performance
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute campaigns, collaborate with creative teams on content and visuals, and manage budgets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Analyze behavior and trends, track competition, and Use insights to innovate and optimize strategies.
  • Brand Advocacy: Build relationships with stakeholders, influencers, and media, ensure messages resonate with audiences.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and present reports on brand performance and campaign results, Adjust strategies based on performance and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager within the B2C sector, with a focus on global markets.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership with experience managing at least 5 direct reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of lifestyle brands and a deep understanding of global consumer trends.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
  • Results-driven: Result-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another foreign language is a significant advantage.

Advantages

Social Media Experience: Experience with social media is advantageous.
