As a Quality Assurance and New Product Introduction Specialist,
you will be responsible for overseeing the quality aspects of new product development and ensuring that all new products are introduced
into production smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage quality processes,
implement best practices, and support the seamless integration of new products.
Responsibilities
New product - Implement and develop new product samples according to the development team's guidelines in Israel.
- Monitor the new product development process and provide feedback to the development team.
- Drive New Product Success - Collaborate with our product development team to seamlessly introduce new products into production, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
- Ensure Quality Excellence - Develop and implement quality assurance processes to monitor and improve product quality throughout its lifecycle.
- Lead the Way - Manage quality control documentation, conduct audits, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
- Train and Support - Equip our production teams with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain exceptional quality.
Requirements
- Experience in an industrial company – must.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – must.
- Experience in a jewelry company – an advantage.
- Experience in quality control – an advantage.
- Strong attention to details, teamwork skills, and ability to work under pressure.
