As a Brand Manager, you’ll be the custodian of our brand’s image, responsible for crafting and implementing strategies to enhance our presence, drive growth, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies, to elevate our brand through impactful collaborations and events.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team focused on social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and brand development.
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop strategies to meet business objectives, conduct market research, and define brand positioning and messaging.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency in image, tone, and messaging across all channels; actively monitor brand performance.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and execute brand campaigns, working closely with creative teams on content and visual assets while managing budgets.
- Events and Influencer Collaborations: Plan and oversee fashion events, influencer partnerships, and collaborations with high-profile personalities and celebrities to enhance brand visibility.
- Market Research and Analysis: Analyze consumer trends and competition to innovate and optimize brand strategies.
- Brand Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and key stakeholders to create and amplify brand messages.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and present reports on brand performance, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in a B2C context, ideally within fashion, jewelry, or accessories.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing fashion and influencer events, along with collaborations with celebrities.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of at least five direct reports.
- In-depth knowledge of lifestyle brands, global consumer trends, and influencer dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with a can-do attitude and results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is an advantage.
